Cheddar would probably like playing in the sand, too.

Sorry about before.

It'd be for all of us, if you wanted.

I don't like beaches. Too much sand. It gets everywhere and then you trod it all over the carpet-- and everyone underestimates the ocean. It's a bloody deathtrap. Currents and riptides and jellyfish and God knows what else. You don't even want to know how polluted it is, especially around the city. Why would you want that water next to your skin? All that in and out of the water makes me ill to look at it.
[which is to say]
No, thanks.

You think you'd be down for playing something?

Playing something might be good! Beach volleyball is traditional but still a lot of fun, or. I'm good for just about anything else. A sandcastle might be good...

[Really, Elliott has dealt with this sort of thing before; he should be well aware that while this question is definitely loaded, Yotsuyu's just playing with him. In her true drama queen fashion!]
Keep an eye on the weather. I can get certain things arranged.
[She won't go into boring details, but things like permits and maybe a lifeguard...can't be too safe, after all.]

And uh, I was actually gonna ask you for a loan to cover the rest. I'm definitely going to get a job this summer, so I'd pay you back for sure!
