It's happened to me at least once before, and it seems like it was just as confusing then as it is now.

I wonder how different I am from those previous incarnations.

Definitely didn't. My mom would have killed me if I'd come home drunk.

I'm not sure, but.. I know tattoos don't heal that fast. If it was put on me during the night, it would be red, tender, and painful.

I don't know how I received the mark in the other world, but.. it doesn't seem to be coincidental.
