[ York's very excited this morning. He sets his phone up on an easel at the right height and distance to capture his whole body in frame, then sets it to broadcast. Before speaking, he strikes several poses to show off the item he has received—the power armor that he can remember using in his old memories. ]
Look at this shit! Look at it!
I should have had this a couple weeks ago when we were getting invaded, man. It makes me pretty much impervious to attack, and it has a healing unit with it, too. If I get hurt it'll administer pain meds and stuff to help me get through it.
I know I can't really wear it out and about on a regular basis but I sure want to.
Anyone want to do a sparring match while I'm wearing this?

Just don't hurt Anakin.

I won't hurt Anakin, man. He's going to be trying to hurt me.

I feel like I should pat you on the heads and tell you to run along and have fun and someone will call you in for lunch.

[really though, a couple minutes later York gets an email from Ray's Pizza that says someone bought him a gift credit with enough for one large pie. The only note left reads: 'you kids play nice']

How certain are you that the armor can withstand the blasters? Just, you know, for a start.

The melting point of titatium is 3,034°F, or if you prefer metric, 1,668°C.
The basters we have access to shoot bolts of plasma. And the temperature of the plasma is dependent on the type of gas used in the ammunitions cartridges.
The bolts melted the metal shieldings of the basic droids in one blast and they were defintily not made of titanium. But it took multiple blasts to take out the higher quality of droids, and only scorched the casings of the tanks and they were made of... what was the word, I know it, bronzium. So clearly the blasters have a max temperature blow the melting point of bronzium shieldings.
I guess we could analyze the gas from one of the ammunition cartridge to assertain the exact temperature of the plasma...
But I think it might be easier to just buy some titanium plating and test the blasters against it than take an unknown substance to a lab to analyze. There would be questions.
Could also figure out the melting point of bronzium and compare it to titanium...

The engineer's done his work well, I see. Alright. Go have fun playing with your toys... but still be careful.

Good, because I'm not good at repairing mechanical things, just flesh and bone.

One weapon at a time. Let's use the blasters first.

[ York almost can't stop himself from squealing in excitement. ]
When and where do you want to try this out?

We can always use the roof of my apartment building.
[ You know, best place to do this. ]
