[ York's very excited this morning. He sets his phone up on an easel at the right height and distance to capture his whole body in frame, then sets it to broadcast. Before speaking, he strikes several poses to show off the item he has received—the power armor that he can remember using in his old memories. ]

I should have had this a couple weeks ago when we were getting invaded, man. It makes me pretty much impervious to attack, and it has a healing unit with it, too. If I get hurt it'll administer pain meds and stuff to help me get through it.

I know I can't really wear it out and about on a regular basis but I sure want to.

Anyone want to do a sparring match while I'm wearing this?

Well, considering he nearly gave me a full dissertation on the science of those weapons of his, I think you should be safe on that front.

I feel like I should pat you on the heads and tell you to run along and have fun and someone will call you in for lunch.

[really though, a couple minutes later York gets an email from Ray's Pizza that says someone bought him a gift credit with enough for one large pie. The only note left reads: 'you kids play nice']

Somehow, I always forget that wings exist. I don't know why. They're delicious. I think it's because I'm usually more of a mozzarella stick person.

Just great. It honestly wasn't that bad, it was just a spurter.

It didn't look that bad, no. But I really should have followed up with you sooner, anyway. Even if you're not officially a patient, you know? ... Though, I suppose I would have heard by now if anything had gone south.

Who was that woman that was with you? I haven't seen her since.

Oh, Yotsu? She's my neighbor. A great mom. You probably know her kid—Elliott.

Oh, yes, I've met Elliott, he's very clever, very observant. Reminds me a bit of ... someone from the memories I've been receiving lately. Is Yotsu her full name, or a nickname? With some names it's a bit hard to tell.

Lucky you, though, having someone Different live so close by. It must make certain aspects of it a lot easier.
