I guess it's just down to what you believe. I'm willing to believe in past lives; my first memory directly supported reincarnation. It feels right to me, even if I don't completely understand how it works. But I also haven't heard any compelling alternatives.

They could be subliminal messages, weird government rays beamed straight into our heads, who knows what these Bureau guys could be experimenting with.

There's a part of me that doesn't want them to be real, but reincarnation is my best theory right now.

Yeah, it's pretty wild, but when I got a memory of Yggdrasil about the cycle of life and death, it was all I could think about.

It's more than wild. It's at odds... Your memory and mine don't seem to fit together in the same universe. Mine was more, Biblical, and yours sounds more Norse.

Genesis. That's where all that Garden of Eden stuff was... In the beginning. I've heard the story my whole life and nothing I've seen yet has convinced me I was actually once there. Besides I always thought the story was an allegory, more morality play than actual physical walled off garden.

I've always thought the same, but that's fascinating to think about. How the basis of two different religions are memories for us. I wish I thought I could handle a double major now.
