Happy Halloween!

Okay so its a little early..but that's only because I wanted to invite everyone to a party. Halloween is actually also my birthday and so I'm throwing a big costume party to celebrate both. You don't have to dress up if you don't want to, but that just makes it more fun!

Obviously this is going to be Saturday night and I'll send everyone the address to my awesome new place that has plenty of room for everyone.

[He laughs a little] I guess it could also be a house warming party since I haven't invited anyone over before.

Anyway! No gifts necessary unless you want to add to the food supply. I can't actually cook so snacks will be limited to whatever I can grab at the store. I'll have alcoholic and regular drinks around but there is no age limit to the party since I know a few out there are younger.

Pretty sure we could all use an excuse to party after what has been going on, right?

I thought it might be more fun to see if you would ever guess it. Does this mean you are canceling all your plans so you can come to the party?

Absolutely. I was going to wear my armor and go trick-or-treating but this is much higher on my priority list.

I feel honored that I am more important then trick-or-treating. All is not lost though since there might still be some treats involved.

Oh, you think so? I'd like to know more about them. Maybe I need to be tempted harder...

[ He really doesn't, but he loves teasing. ]

I can't let all the surprises out before the party, now can I? Where is the fun in that? Besides, the kind of treats you get to enjoy I can't just advertise so openly.

You know, you've already said more than I need to know to feel like I'm making the right choice in wanting to go.

Excellent. I'll make sure you have a good time. Meanwhile I still need to come up with a good costume.

Waiting until the last minute, huh? I hope when you think of something you want to be you can find it in the store.

I just haven't quite come up with an idea I like yet. But anything I do choose won't be coming from a store. I prefer to assemble my own.

Well, happy early birthday, then, dear boy. [Martin grins. he knows they've maybe only spoken briefly in passing, but birthdays are a big deal]

I know a place that does some great catering sandwich platters if you'd like me to bring one or two. Consider it my birthday gift.

((OOC: Since RL ate me alive, I'm sorry he didn't manage to show up at the party, but the platters would've been there, with a note apologizing that he couldn't attend. he could have gotten paged in to an emergency surgery. I definitely want them to talk again though! <3))
