That... is more than concerning. So far, it always seems to me that people who aren’t Different don’t seem to notice much of our oddness. Do you think your doctor will notice or will they have been zapped into thinking you had it the whole time??

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way I can take it off. Or part of it off and then play it like I've decided I don't want a prosthetic. At least to my therapist and psychiatrist.
Man, I don't envy your that decision. Good luck figuring something out. I don't have any suggestions myself, but if I think of something I'll let you know.
