Does anyone know how to fix (or install a new) metal spiral stairs?

If I had to assess which is more likely, I'm thinking I need new stairs.

Yeah. I really can't control the torque. I'm going to need to alter my workout routine if I'm going to do anything with it.

...but I don't really want much to do with it.

Yeah, but I also remember cutting that guy in half.

And now remember fighting a war with it when I was a kid.
