Well, this has been the first and absolutely last day of business for the Crowley Cousin Mover Company.

[He turns the camera around and you get a view of his studio apartment, in all its jewel-toned, eclectic vintage charm. If you've been to his flat, or had enough footage from a past video, you'll see he's acquired a new (to him, it's vintage of course), wooden desk. With the plethora of drawers, it looks exceedingly heavy, but it's been placed expertly into his crowded living space.

The Crowley Cousins in question, Alec and Anthony, are both obviously nursing sore muscles. Alec is laying on Aziraphale's vintage leather sofa. Anthony has an ice pack on his foot.]

Oh, I haven't broken you, have I? It's just a desk. Those strapping young men I hired made it look positively easy.

I hate this month. Not because anything particularly terrible has happened - there's just something about it that feels heavy, every year.

I won't be sad to see the backside of it, though I know spring's still a bit away.

The only serious decision I'm making this week is whether or not I am finally getting another cat.

I have a white persian named Elsa, now. Most of my furniture is white, as is my carpet, but I'm thinking a black one. Maybe a dark brown tabby.

So I was really misled by the Netflix series Blown Away. From the title, I really thought it was going to be about something completely different.

It also introduced me to the fact that there is a group of people out there who use the terms "glory hole," "hot glob' for totally different reasons than the rest of us would.

In short, today, I binge-watched Blown Away, and I learned something in the process.

Okay...so...I know we are all kind of getting used to the fact that we have these powers. And I admit I was kind of hoping I would be left out of getting too many of them.

Well...is there anyone out there that isn't afraid of ghosts and might be willing to be a chaperone while I make sure I don't summon a 100 foot marshmallow man?

[That teddy bear suddenly smacks the phone out of his hand and there is a black out for a moment and a small scuffle while he tosses the bear off the bed and reaches down to get the phone. His face comes back into view.]

Yeah, I'm definitely going to need some help before my whole apartment gets overrun by angry stuffed animals. So if there are any takers...let me know.

Can someone tell me where people leave their bloody decency before they walk out the door in the mornings here? You know, I made it through the hols just fine, but today some woman who couldn't be arsed to take her Bluetooth out of her ear long enough to answer me when I wanted to clarify her order threw her bloody oat-milk latte in my face.

This is a decent enough temp job and I make a mint in tips, but I'm really, really ready to find a desk job. Anyone hear of anything through the grapevine? Indeed and this bloke Craig and his list aren't turning up much.

I have a proposal I want to make.

To put it diplomatically, I do not think the Bureau-run support groups are helpful. Meeting others dealing with new memories of past lives is good, but the way the Bureau runs their meetings has no other benefit.

I am a therapist; this is an area I’m well trained for.

But I would like to know if this worth pursuing.

How many would be interested if we started our own support group, completely separate from the Bureau?

What is the best plant for someone who knows nothing about them other than they probably need sunlight and water?

Can you grow a dandelion in a pot? Those are resilient, right?

The Bureau has managed to close all of the portals which appeared after the Winter Solstice, save for one. This remaining is now contained in the same gateway we built to contain the portal from the events of last June. Both are still accessable. However, we at the Bureau still discourage travel between universes, and the portal will remain tracked and monitored: not only for the sake of our research, but for your safety.

[ OOC: The gateway to the portals are located at Collecting Pond Park, on the same street as the Bureau building. Their gateway is the size of a normal doorway. There is a Bureau official that mans a booth next to the gateway - yes, they do take note of anyone that uses the portals.

The portals work through intent. While both portals are contained in the same gateway, the intent of the person using them dictacts which universe they go to.

This marks the end of the Dec 2020 Solstic Plot. ]

I haven't gotten a new memory in awhile.

It used to be practically every weekend, but it's been over a month, now. I wonder if something's changed.

Guess I shouldn't complain though. It's been easier to focus on school and pretend I'm normal. It almost even feels like it, sometimes. After that whole invasion thing, I'm kinda glad for it. That was insane. Even though I was there the whole time, I still can't believe that happened, sometimes.

This whole summer was like a fever dream. I wish it had been.

And it was rounded out with a handsomely smiling selfie of Anthony himself. They did practically look like twins! So what if the smile was a lie and unlikely to actually be seen on Alec's face. The potential new couple could work that out when they finally met.

Anthony sat in the gloom of his bedroom typing up as many online dating profiles on his laptop as there were online dating websites. Not for him of course, he had some one. It was Alec's own fault for making it sound like he was out there looking for some one to love and going about it in entirely the wrong ways. He just needed a little help, a friendly nudge to get the ball rolling and then the rest was entirely up to him only some of these questions were so outlandish and wild that they needed to be shared with the 'Different' crowd! ]

How do you prefer to be kissed, slow and tender or hard and passionately?

[ He frowned and gestured at his cell phone. ]

How would you even answer anything like that?? We're meeting for the first time not arranging a sleepover! Its a bit much for a profile question isn't it? Only thing worse would be asking how much you are making or... diving right into the do you want kids question.

[ His room was dark with the shades pulled tightly closed and yet he still wore his sunglasses as if he needed them to shield him from the glow of the computer. After a while he grumbled and rubbed at his eyes, while still keeping them very carefully shielded from the camera. ]

Sod it. I'll think of something to write in.

[ Anthony paused and frowned again at the screen.]

And now someone's asking if I'll watch their cat this weekend??

Happy Halloween!

Okay so its a little early..but that's only because I wanted to invite everyone to a party. Halloween is actually also my birthday and so I'm throwing a big costume party to celebrate both. You don't have to dress up if you don't want to, but that just makes it more fun!

Obviously this is going to be Saturday night and I'll send everyone the address to my awesome new place that has plenty of room for everyone.

[He laughs a little] I guess it could also be a house warming party since I haven't invited anyone over before.

Anyway! No gifts necessary unless you want to add to the food supply. I can't actually cook so snacks will be limited to whatever I can grab at the store. I'll have alcoholic and regular drinks around but there is no age limit to the party since I know a few out there are younger.

Pretty sure we could all use an excuse to party after what has been going on, right?
