Hello, everyone. I know I've met some of you, but not all... My name's Dr. Martin Whitly, and I've been part of this Order of Oddfellows for a few months now.

Anyway, I have a rather sizeable apartment in Manhattan, and I though it might be nice to mingle somewhere other than a dingy rec room with questionable refreshments and folding chairs. We could discuss just about anything... Not just memories, but New York in general. Everything from deeds to favorite haunts, you know, puzzle each other out. Minors are quite welcome, I'll have plenty of non-alcoholic refreshments as I know some of you don't imbibe. If you feel like contributing something to munch on, I wouldn't say no. Though, please, for all our sakes, no sherbert.

[John is smiling a bit, but it's not a bright grin. He's thoughtful, instead - and in the middle of typing something on a laptop while he views the Network on his tablet. It's a text only message, which works just fine for him.]
