I've been thinking maybe these memories are a way to warn us of our past mistakes, so that we can be better versions of ourselves this time.

But then I guess we'd have to worry about what that means.

But just who are they anyway, have you found that out? Why are they in charge as opposed to anyone else?

No, but as a dedicated employee that seems like basic information. Sort of like the history of the company.

You could ask them directly yourself, you know. I doubt I'd get a different answer.

Like they'd tell me anything worth knowing. Anyway I always have to fight the compulsion to crack them in the teeth. [well one of them anyway]
