Does anyone know how to fix (or install a new) metal spiral stairs?

If I had to assess which is more likely, I'm thinking I need new stairs.

Yeah. I really can't control the torque. I'm going to need to alter my workout routine if I'm going to do anything with it.

That does make sense, I suppose. Though I'd thought they had had prosthesis that could allow you to drive...still, that's none of my business. No, they shall do their best to help you and deliver. I imagine they'd want to drive you home, as well. That way they know they're going to the proper place.

Yes! You can get prosthetics to make up some of the difference. But you still need your health care team to sign off getting a license. Which is the part I'm working on.

Nah, I've still got the nightclub gig. I'm a bouncer there, same club where Xian performs most nights. It's just when I was working the two jobs, I was pretty financially free to do whatever I wanted.

I didn't have much time to do whatever I wanted, though. So that as also a thing.
