Has anyone received something dangerous?

Nope. I mean, I got stuff, but none of it's dangerous beyond beating someone with my bass. Which I'm not doing, thank you very much! The other Lisa doesn't seem like a very violent person. I don't even think she gets angry.

I suppose anything can be a weapon.

But you haven't received any weapons?

Nah, nothing like that. Her bass, and her earrings, and one of her costumes.

What would you do if a weapon arrived?

Figure out whose it really is? But seriously, I'd freak out, because she seems like she's all about music and her bond with her band. Either someone took "battle of the bands" way too seriously, or her future gets crazy down the line, and I admit either of those would be really worrying.

Or Sayo taught her archery at some point, which would justify a longbow, which would concern me a lot less because I think Sayo just shoots on the range.

This is what I am wondering, what part of my past life requires the need for a personal weapon?

Are you sure it's a personal weapon? Not something that you were training with, maybe? Or a gift?

I am sure. It seems like something I keep with me often.

Hmm. Well, there's always the standard historical answer - in a dangerous world, you have to be prepared to defend yourself at any time, right? But beyond that... do you know what you did for a job? Peacekeeping? Transport? Disposal, even? Any of those have an excuse to be armed.

I don't know, that sounds like a good excuse too. Unless you have a protection squad, you'd have to be able to defend yourself if something strange happened, right? And who knows if the Space Secret Service exists?
